Fady Ebrahim is the Founder and Managing Partner of Milestone Law Firm. He worked for a wide variety of prominent multinational corporations. He has advised clients on investments, swaps, stock exchange rules, and disclosure obligations.
Mr. Ebrahim has also solid experience of representing clients in partnerships, liquidations, bankruptcy, incorporations, and commercial papers, as well as companies’ life-cycle (establishment, registration, licensing, and regulatory issues).
Mr. Ebrahim works closely with FRA, GAFI, Ministries, and Embassies and has a wide knowledge of foreigners’ cases in Egypt, especially the refugees and Non-Governmental Organizations, including establishment, licensing, compliance, and many other types of legal assistance. Furthermore, he represents clients in criminal courts, having previously handled misdemeanors and felonies for both companies and individuals. Finally, Mr. Ebrahim offers comprehensive guidance to customers in the Healthcare, Financial, Non-financial, Tourism, Sport, and FMCG industries.
