Mr. Mahmoud is the Head of the Litigation Department at Milestone Law Firm. Mr. Mahmoud has over 20 years of experience in practising law. Mr. Mahmoud has extensive experience in litigation related to commercial, civil, criminal, labor, and taxation matters. He gives advice to clients on different legal issues that have to do with putting arbitration awards and court rulings into effect in Egypt.

Mr. Mahmoud is a spearhead in Civil and Commercial matters, where he has represented many clients in partnerships, liquidations, spin-offs, bankruptcy, incorporations, and Commercial Papers. He used to advise and represent clients in relation to labour law before courts, labour offices, and Social Insurance authorities.

He helped our clients negotiate and write contracts worth millions of dollars, including Lease Agreements, Hotel Concession Agreements, Loan Agreements, Movables Sale Purchase Agreements, Services Agreements, and BOT Agreements.

Mr. Mahmoud has immense experience in Real Estate issues. He represents clients in relation to the buying, selling, and leasing of real estate. He represents clients before the notary office and Free Zone. He represents many clients in relation to the Council of State issues. Besides, he represents clients before criminal courts, whereas he used to handle misdemeanours and felonies for corporations and individuals.
Mr. Mahmoud used to work for different law firms in Egypt. Later, he joined one of the leading security services companies in Egypt as Head of the Legal Department.

Mr. Mahmoud is a qualified lawyer before the Court of Cassation.
