Menattallah is legal counsel and Head of the Corporate Department at Milestone Law Firm. Mennattallah has profound experience in legal practise in Egypt and France. She specialises in corporate matters and litigation as well.

She has participated in several major transactions and complicated legal issues with a significant number of clients in Egypt and abroad. She has a lot of experience working with both public and private Egyptian companies in due diligence and legal audits.

She advises clients in relation to the incorporation of companies inside Egypt and abroad. She represents many multinational clients in corporate governance, M&A, Capital Market, shareholders’ agreements. Menattallah used to negotiate and draught many types of agreements, like Distribution, Agency, SPAs, JVs, Security Services, and Franchise agreements. She used to advise clients in relation to the establishment of, Foreign Branches legal vehicles, both offshore and within Egyptian free zones.

Menattallah started her career in Multinational Law Firms in France and Egypt. She was seconded as an intern lawyer at Christian Le Stanc Law Firm, Montpellier, France. She used to work for the Giudicelli Law Firm in Paris, France. She had deep experience in international business transactions.
